Eine intensive Atemerfahrung für den Reset im Dezember.
Die Rauhnächte sind die Zeit, um in sich zu gehen und sich mit seinen Wünschen zu beschäftigen. Ein kleiner Rückzug aus dem Alltagstrubel, um sich vorzubereiten auf das neue Jahr. Die Ursprünge liegen im Übergang vom Mond- zum Sonnenkalender, wobei 12 Nächte „übrig“ blieben, die heute im Alpenraum Rauhnächte genannt werden und am ersten Weihnachtstag beginnen. Von Tal zu Tal unterscheiden sich die damit verbundenen Bräuche und Riten, allen gemeinsam ist aber die Ruhephase, Innenschau und Rückschau um mit neuer Klarheit ins nächste Jahr zu starten. Das macht auch Sinn, denn wir wissen aus allen Formen der Verhaltens- und Psychotherapie, dass Altlasten die schwersten Lasten sind, umso wichtiger ist es sich einen Neustart nicht nur zu wünschen, sondern dem Prozess aktiv entgegen zu treten. Mit Atem-Pause Breathwork arbeiten wir im Dezember aktiv an dieser kreativen Pause, denn schlussendlich ist unser Leben eine endlose Verkettung von Atemzügen, wenn wir uns die Pause darin schaffen, bekommen Kreativität und Intuition ihren Platz zurück.
