I’m a breathwork practitioner and somatic coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with their natural aliveness and embodied wisdom. My work is grounded in the premise that growth doesn’t need to come from striving—it emerges naturally when we create the right conditions. Breathwork offers a profound way to access this aliveness by working with the body’s innate intelligence.
I’ve been privileged to train across multiple breathwork modalities, including SOMA Breath®, as well as somatic and mindfulness practices.
