Free 15-minute breathwork meditation: Set Sail for Fun


When we do the inner work, feel stuck in life, or yearn for more connection, breaking out of the current pattern can feel a bit much. I know what that can feel like! I’ve found so much power in creating fun rituals in a safe environment. Providing that experience in such a pure way with others makes my heart sing!

Imagine a sanctuary where you know you belong unconditionally, feel encouraged to shine brightly, and feel safe expressing your playful side! In this place, you evolve self-love and worth and soften self-limitations WHILE having fun. You can genuinely “let loose” without numbing or distracting yourself. 

Try to see what that feels like in your body. What would each day feel like if you could channel this energy?  Do you notice a sensation, a future vision, a smell, taste, texture, color, or physical response in your body? Really get into it, close your eyes for a moment and just tune into what this could feel like. Maybe conceptualizing this feels tricky, scary even, or perhaps you already experience it daily. There’s no right or wrong response. Whatever comes up, I invite you to experience shifting, exploring, and transforming in the sanctuary I provide!
