Hi I'm Lisa,
I worked for the local government in Health and Wellbeing for over 15 years. I loved my job but eventually felt unfulfilled and restricted by policy and red tape. I knew I loved working with people, and coupled with my ambition to help guide individuals to feel good about themselves, I knew I could give more. So I trained as a coach, the an Empowered Concuousness Breathwork Facilitator and set up my own Health and Wellbeing Practice, Body Soul and Skin. I am currently training in Level 1 and 2 SomaBreath which is where you are now.
I am a mother of three beautiful, strong-willed, funny and determined girls. I am a wife, daughter, and sister and although all these things are extremely important to me, they don’t define who I am. I am me!
I have a love of travel and adventure. I love being outside snowboarding on a mountain, swimming in the sea or digging in my allotment. I met my husband whilst travelling in Israel and working on a Kibbutz.
I firmly believe in the delicate balance between working hard and embracing life's adventures. The reality of juggling work, family, and personal aspirations is a familiar struggle. Balancing numerous roles—from working professionals to nurturing caregivers—we often find ourselves overwhelmed, battling with confidence, and seeking that elusive work/life equilibrium.
My goal is to support as many people as possible to lead happier, healthier, and more balanced lives. I wholeheartedly believe that carving out time for oneself, nurturing the passions that ignite our souls, and being open to change are pivotal steps towards becoming the best versions of ourselves.
