My journey into holistic wellness is rooted in a deep-seated fascination with the mind-body connection. For over two decades, I have immersed myself in the practice of yoga, which has been a cornerstone of my physical and mental health. My daily meditation practice has further deepened my appreciation for the subtle yet profound effects of mindful living. It was through this journey that I discovered breathwork, a powerful tool that has revolutionised my experience of how we can shift states.
With a PhD in neuroscience and extensive experience in developing educational materials for medical professionals, I bring a unique perspective to wellness, grounded in scientific understanding and personal practice.
