I am a SOMA master breathwork instructor, breath coach and mentor.

 

I signed up in early 2018 with the second cohort of instructors to be trained and have continued to practice, facilitate, coach, live and breathe SOMA Breath.


I am passionate about human potential and am constantly studying the emerging science behind breathing techniques and their applications to heal and transform people. This way I can continue to bring my best self to every session whether 1-on-1 or with large groups.

 

For over 20 years I have helped transform the lives of thousands of people, facilitating workshops in large organisations and corporates through programs I designed on Self Intelligence, Storytelling and Creativity, as well as my work as a shamanic practitioner, life coach, mentor and of course breathwork instructor. I am also an author of “JOLT Challenge – The Self Intelligence Experience”, part of Biohackernz and The Mankind Project (Global Men’s rite of passage).

 

A few things I love the most about teaching SOMA:

- Being able to take people to a state of pure healing bliss.

- Seeing people emerge after a session like they have just woken up from the most amazing dream.

- That I can show people how to hack their own inner pharmacy for health or optimal performance.

- From having suffered Asthma until my early 20’s I can help other Asthmatics towards wellbeing.

- But most of all to see the positive change in people’s lives by unlocking their true potential.

 

I run weekly classes in Auckland (New Zealand) as well as ONLINE via Zoom. I also facilitate 1-on-1 sessions, workshops, retreats and facilitate at numerous wellness festivals aorund New Zealand.
