My journey into breathwork began naturally through years of working with sound healing and meditation. What started as an exploration of vibration, tone, and stillness grew into a deeper curiosity about how the body holds and releases energy and how the breath plays a central role in that process.
In sound healing, I witnessed how subtle frequencies could shift the nervous system, soften internal resistance, and open people to presence. Meditation taught me how awareness and stillness allow the mind to untangle and the body to restore. But over time, I found that breathwork created a bridge between the two offering a powerful yet accessible way to regulate, release, and re-centre.
Breathwork adds a rhythmic, embodied dimension to the experience it works deeply with the nervous system, engages heart-brain coherence, and brings people into contact with themselves in a way that’s both grounded and transformational. It supports those who struggle with traditional meditation or who feel disconnected from their bodies, and it allows for integration of sound, stillness, and sensation in real time.
Now, breathwork forms a key part of the experiences I create. Whether guiding someone through a restorative sound bath, a focused coaching session, or a custom meditation, I use the breath to help anchor presence, regulate overwhelm, and invite gentle, embodied healing
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an ACA-registered counsellor, meditation facilitator, SOMA Breath facilitator, and hold a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing.
