Hi I’m Kristen, an intuitive, SOMA Breath instructor, quantum healing catalyst, yoga teacher, transformational coach, massage therapist and spiritual guide, with 30 years of expertise in the field of holistic health and transformation of consciousness, working with clients worldwide. My mission is to empower and support you with knowledge, tools, and energy to transform, awaken and allign with your soul. I was born a lover of nature, animals, adventure, art, reading, writing, poetry, music, dancing and all things creative and FUN! In my teens and early 20’s I felt the call to serve, while at the same time my mystical side was awakening. I graduated from college with a BA degree in Biology & Environmental Studies, but shortly after, feeling disillusioned by the limitations of my field (Marine Biology) and of the world in general, my life took a turn in a different direction - inward. From then on, major changes happened within me and in my life as a whole, leading me to fully dedicate myself to healing, transformation and awakening.
My journey took me all over the world and beyond! Along this amazing journey, I received a full spectrum of certifications and initiations as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Sivananda Yoga Instructor, Transformational Coach, Shamanic initiate, International Teacher of A Course in Miracles, Quantum Healing Certification and SOMA Breath Instructor Certification to name a few. I have also received initiations in: Kriya Yoga, Amrita I AM Meditation and Vipassana Meditation.
SOMA Breath, Multidimensional Quantum Healing and Transformational Coaching are now my main focus. I am excited to share these life-changing gifts and help you expand into possibilities beyond your wildest dreams. Great things are coming and I can't wait to connect with you soon!
