I can offer you 1 on 1 Soma Breath sessions in Kuranda or near, (Cairns, Northern Beaches, Port Douglas, Mossman) or we can do it via Zoom or Skype too.

As a Hypnotherapist, RTT Therapist ( Rapid Transformational Therapy ) and longtime Yogi I am totally geared towards helping you thrive and bring out the best in you.
I love helping people take their practise to the next level utilising Yoga, Meditation, Qigong and ofcourse Breathwork, and using my knowledge of how you can deprogram and reprogram yourself. Breathing towards deep healing and relaxation, reaching deep states of meditation and gradually embodying the best version of you!
