Hi there!

I've been a SOMA breath instructor since 2019, training with Niraj in Koh Phangnan which was a fantastic experience.

Having taught yoga and pranayama since 2013, for me, SOMA breath is the missing link between traditional pranayama practices and real transformation.

I run regular 4 week Breathe & Meditate Foundations courses where you get to explore the fundamentals of breathing and how this can be used to elevate your health and wellbeing. And it goes without saying that we end the course with a beautiful full SOMA breath journey where you get to put your new skills into practice. You can read more about this here: https://revitalize.fr/breathe-meditate/

All my yoga classes include breathwork practices. We also combine SOMA breath and yoga in the STRETCH & SOMA outdoor sessions using the silent disco headphones which is a lot of fun!

Once a month you can join us (live participation only) for the SOMA SOUNDSCAPE SESSIONS where we combine SOMA breath and soundbath frequencies which is a gorgeous fusion of breathwork and sound vibration to take you on a deep journey: https://revitalize.fr/soma-soundscape-sessions/
