My name is Agustina and I came across SOMA Breath when I was looking for a cure to my thyroid and anxiety. Now 2.5 years later I no longer have thyroid issues and can manage anxiety with ease if I ever experience it. The breath has transformed my health and now as a certified SOMA Breath instructor, I can share this amazing tool with you. Welcome and thank you!

Offerings:

- 1.1 Holistic Breath Training Programming: personalised breathwork programme according to your current needs. We will go through a few questions to learn about yourself and how breathwork can help you the most right now. You have then access to your personalised breath program to practise every day at home. We'll meet online/in person once a week for the duration of the program.

This can be for you if you're looking for sustainable and transformational results. 

Duration: 2-6 months

- The Awakening Journey - Online/Inperson: This powerful, tranformational breathwork journey is meant to connect you with yourself. your true self. Depending on what you need to experience, your breath will guide you towards it. For this type of session, it is recommended you've previously practised breathwork on a regular basis. It combines Pranayama and wonderful music. 

Duration: 1.5 - 2 hs.

- Facilitator at workshops/events and Group Classes: I am travelling quite a lot and I love to run workshops and group classes where I am at that moment. I speak both English and Spanish and I enjoy being in multicultural places where I can grow and learn more every day. 

Duration: from 20-30 min to 1 hour.

- Guided Short Breathwork sessions pre/post Yoga or Workout: I enjoy working with like-minded instructors and bringing breath awareness to every day activities. I offer short breathing sessions that they can use before/after their own classes, either to energise or relax/recover. 

Duration: 5 to 7 min.
