I am a qualified SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor and SOMA Breath Transformational Coach, with over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness, including Reiki, sound healing, crystals and natural remedies. My passion lies in helping people break free from stress, exhaustion and overwhelm so they can rediscover their energy, clarity and inner joy.
I have been practicing SOMA Breath since November 2018, and after completing the 21-day protocol, my life completely transformed. I knew I had to share this powerful method with others. Now, I guide my clients through breathwork, meditation and holistic lifestyle coaching, offering a structured yet intuitive 4-week journey to reset the mind and body.
Beyond my private coaching, I have dedicated over 10 years to working with a cancer charity and 5 years on a drug detox program, running weekly breathwork and wellness sessions to support individuals through deep healing and transformation.
