Anthony is a passionate scientist-practitioner for harnessing the healing power of science and diverse physical movement practices, along with diverse spiritual traditions for the purpose of supporting others in not only knowing, but fully feeling connected to oneself, loved ones, friends, social communities, the environment, Mother Nature, and as well as the stars constituting the whole living Universe.

Anthony earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Physics with a concentration in Astrophysics with minors in Mathematics and Psychology from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator (CNSF), a SOMA Breath Instructor, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a mindful grieving yoga therapy facilitator, and is in the process of earning a Master’s Degree for Mental Health Counseling in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program from Naropa University, in Boulder, Colorado.

Health begins with creating a harmonization in your physiology. The harmonics of health are sourced in the rhythms of your breathing.  Breathing directly influences the health of our physiological, emotional, mental, and psychological system processes. Breath is the most direct source to Spirit with the power to immediately change our inner life in profound ways; this is why my daily cultivation to a breath practice has been one of the most empowering and life-nurturing endeavors. I truly believe the way we breathe mirrors the way we live life. Changing our relationship with breath changes our relationship to life and life's relationship to us. It can as simple as remembering your breathing."
