Hey, I'm Christine. I run jazzy, soul nurturing breathwork and meditation sessions, in around London and online. I am a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor, prior to which I was a certified Pranayama and Breathwork facilitator. I am also an OSHO Meditations facilitator and have an ongoing role at the OSHO International Meditaiton Resort in Pune, India. I am able to use a variety of these techniques and methods in my work. I was also a secondary teacher for 16 years, so I am able to provide training and education and assessment with my services if necessary.

I work with small groups, private 1:1s, schools, and businesses running bespoke corporate sessions for wellness, or HR purposes.

At the moment, I have increased my in-person community sessions, so that everyone can access the medicine that is Soma Breath. My weekly sessions focus on relaxation with a little pizazz, as living in London presents with it's own needs for keeping healthy and well in all aspects of life. My monthly sessions are more activating and a lot of fun. I also work with corporates, schools and extra needs facilities, and NHS referred cases for 1:1s. I also have a range of private clients I work with in the UK and internationally, as the internet makes everything possible.

When in India, I am also available for in person sessions, and am open for invitations and collaborations.

Please do reach out if you feel there is something I can help you with.
