With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a diverse range of knowledge to help you navigate through tough mental health and medical challenges. As a Holistic Registered Nurse, SOMA Transformational Breath Therapist, Usui Reiki Ryoho Master, 200 hr Yoga, 500 hr Kundalini Yoga, and 200 hr Meditation instructor, as well as a Tantra Practitioner, I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journeys of health and healing.

 

In my experience as a nurse in Western medicine, I felt there were limitations in the answers and options available to patients. This realization sparked my quest to find alternative methods that could offer more assistance, hope, and healing. Through this journey, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and mindfulness in turning the inner climate into one of peace and love, how interconnected all of our systems are, and how to use this change to affect health & disease in our bodies. This inner transformation creates our states of health and disease, as well as shaping our outer worlds to a place that is more beautiful, magical, and aligned with our hearts and passions.

My mission is to change the face of healthcare and make the dream of world peace a reality, one person at a time.
