Hi, I'm Ewa and I am a breathwork coach. I have trained with not one, but two different schools for breathwork. I am also a trauma-informed specialist, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore the transformative power of breath.

My mission is to help you learn to use the power of breath to become the best version of yourself both physically and mentally. You will learn techniques to enhance your daily life and become more energised and relaxed at the same time.

I can guide you to heal from trauma, remove limiting beliefs, and manifest the life you want to live. Having been on a long journey of self-discovery and healing, I have realised that we are capable of much more than we allow ourselves to believe. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, personal growth or simply health benefits, I am here to guide you on your breathwork journey with compassion and expertise.

I live in London (NW8) and I offer 1:1 both online and in-person sessions. I would be happy to host a session in the comfort of your home if that is your preference or at mine.
