I’m Merle—a psychologist, music therapist, trauma-informed coach, SOMA instructor and somatic healer with a deep passion for guiding people back to themselves.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals—from people in prisons and hospitals to trauma survivors, substance users, and those navigating unemployment and life transitions. What they all had in common was the same thing you might be feeling now: stress, disconnection, low energy, and a longing to feel balanced again.
My approach is not based on one single method. It is a living, intuitive, and deeply embodied journey that I call polytherapy—a fusion of science-based techniques, somatic practices, and soulful presence. This is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in deep respect for your pace and process. I help you regulate your nervous system, silence the inner critic, and reconnect with your creativity, joy, and inner power.
What I truly love is guiding people into what I call a “green relationship” with themselves—a space of emotional sustainability, self-worth, and full-hearted living.
This isn’t just about healing. It’s about becoming who you were meant to be—calm, clear, and connected.
