I have been practicing yoga, pranayama and meditation for 28 years. I have been teaching yoga, pranayama and meditation for 15 years. I have studied Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini styles.  Each class I teach is a unique blend. I am also a reiki master practitioner, SOMA transformational coach and an educator with a master's degree. I enjoy learning as much as I enjoy teaching. I think motivating others is my super power.
