The profile is public

Em Hollis, spiritual guide and Soma breath facilitator, is very passionate about sharing her story of going from a depressed, unfulfilled, anxious, pain pill addicted, stressed out, insecure, self proclaimed people pleasing mom, wife, and business owner to living a life of freedom, connection, and awakened in all areas of her life to help others that are on the same journey.

Through sharing her unique tools and techniques cultivated through her own experiences and studies, she shows people how they can change their subconscious programming and limiting beliefs that hold them back in their life, dissolve generational patterns, reconnect to their spirit, get back in touch with their bodies, and most importantly, how to integrate spiritual practices into your everyday life so that you can experience true personal freedom every day.

She is a HeartMath certified Add Heart Facilitator, Certified in Neuroscience for personal development, integration coach, and certified SOMA breath advanced instructor. After having her own trauma releases and energetic awakenings using breath work, she now leads others as a breathwork guide through her online programs, creates her own unique breathwork meditations, and leads powerful in person breathwork ceremonies, retreats, and workshops. More recently, Em has introduced ketamine into her in person workshops along side the breathwork and is excited to utilize the powerful combination of the ketamine and breathwork together to create profound results for her attendees.
