I am a Holistic Life Coach located in Lisbon, Portugal. I help humans reconnect with themselves through breathwork and discover what is no longer serving them. We then create a holistic program including nutrition, exercise and lifestyle adjustments that are designed to improve health, wellbeing and happiness.
Growing up was challenging for me, being overweight and bullied left some huge limiting beliefs which left me holding back my true self from the world because I was always looking for external validation. Through a number of different tools, I was able to reconnect with my self and discover the moment that I created the barriers. This then allowed me to take that action to step into my true self. I lost weight and became happier with who I was as a person. I am now able to show up as myself every single day!
