Congratulations on making your first step to growing your YouTube channel

By committing to this challenge you are establishing a discipline that will not only filter into other parts of your life, but will also help to develop your voice and your message for your channel.

This challenge will remove the many masks we all wear when in front of a camera, the real, authentic you will be revealed. This ‘YOU’ will be the one your viewers will be drawn to, don’t be surprised to receive comments after this stating ‘I feel like I know you’ , because when you reach a point of not caring how you sound or what you say, this is when the gems of creativity and inspiration appear…..you will be in FLOW.

1. Remember, the rules of this challenge are that you commit to making a video every day for 90 days.
2. At the beginning of each video, you state what day in the challenge it is, so you can keep a record.
3. The point of this is that you stick to your commitment and by doing this you create a discipline.
4. Each video can be as short as a minute long or longer if you wish but obviously, we don't need ‘War & Peace’ content.
5. You also commit to encouraging, commenting, and offering constructive criticism to others in the challenge, we are all here to help each other get through the challenge.
6. The subject of the video can be about anything you wish, it doesn’t need to be SOMA or breath oriented and if youre feeling off one day, then tell people in your video, if you want to bear your soul that’s fine too…it will be a safe group to do all this stuff…….you may find it therapeutic.
7. At some point we will encourage you to just hit record and go live…on any subject you wish, but initially you can pre record.
8. Try not to script the videos and try not to think too hard about what youre going to say………….initially you may find yourself doing that and that’s ok too.

Most importantly have fun with it, get creative too as this will spark ideas for your channel.
