Week 1 – The Basics
This week you will be introduced to the basics of breath work. Each day you will elaborate on a new topic and technique. By the end of the week you will put all of the elements together into one easy sequence that you can then continue on a daily basis. This little sequence will change your life.
Before you start
We recommend you watch this video on the science of breath work. Once you understand how breathing works in the body, all the exercises will make more sense. If this is too “scientific” for you is ok, you can always come back to the video. Over time this will make more sense. The important thing here is to actually do the daily exercises and “feel” the effects in your body.
