Class description:

The SOMA Breath Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.

Energized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.

Benefits of Energized Meditation include:

  • Improvement in CO2 tolerance and nitric oxide production.

Join us for a work/play celebration of the gifts and powers of the breath.  In the context of ceremony and safe community collaboration, we will learn about and experience a variety of breathing practices and principles that will enrich and empower your life and your aliveness.  We will breathe, connect, move, dance and celebrate together as we raise our bodies, minds and spirits into resonance with the frequencies of love, joy, peace, gratitude, harmony and bliss.  Wear loose comfortable clothes and warm socks, bring water and, if you like, a sacred object to be blessed on our community altar.

Laura McQuarter bridges people to be in deep connection with their bodies and innate wisdom through yoga, meditation, breathwork and functional nutrition.  With over 490 hours of yogic training and experience, she is certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial yoga and Reiki.  Laura intends to create an easeful space where her students may become more aware of their bodies, minds and breath, and cultivate clarity and health on their journey.


Will Michael is an Advanced SOMA Breath Instructor with 53 years of breathwork training and experience.  Over the years, he has worked and trained with many of the pioneers and most recent innovators in the field of breathwork.  In addition, Will is a holistic health educator and life coach,  a Reiki Master; Esoteric Healer, Level II and an ongoing student and practitioner of natural, shamanic, and quantum healing modalities.  He has a Master’s in psychology, a PhD in Clinical Hypnotherapy and did postgraduate work in Counseling Psychology.  He is the founder of the  Institute for Holistic Living; co-founder of The Bliss School  and Blissfest; and founder of the Clinical Hypnotherapy Institute of Montana.  He is also the founder of Breathe Your Bliss!, his new offering to the community and the world.


I am Roberta Rose Shalifoe, also known as Migizii Kwe (Eagle Woman.)  I am a meditation instructor, dance teacher through Indigenous cultural traditions, artist and most importantly breathwork instructor.  Breathwork is one of the most important practices along with meditation that I have been mastering for the last 5 years.  I’ve studied under the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, taking part in his Progressive online workshops, as well as the week long Advanced retreats and multiple Advanced Follow-up retreats, immersing myself in his teachings.  Ever since I’ve made breathwork and meditation a way of life I have witnessed profound changes in my life biologically, energetically and psychologically.  I am so inspired by my own personal changes through this work that I feel a deep calling to share this knowledge with others.
