Tim is a Master Breathwork Instructor and has been using breathwork with individuals and teams to help them manage stress and anxiety in all contexts. He spent 20 years in complex sales environments and worked in some of the most dangerous places in the world where he was able to experience the impacts of extreme stress on his own body.
