Explore & Connect with Your Inner Authority SOMA Breathwork Journey
If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. Come connect and transform in this sacred space with a SOMA Awakening Journey, guided by Linda. With movement, sound and breath, clear energies, open to connection or reconnection with your inner knowing. If there are obstacles in the way of connecting with your inner authority you'll be guided to explore those as well.
We will gather and be held in the yurt and by mother earth. The place on this land is imbued with playful deer energy. Please join us.

Linda’s personal yoga and breathwork practices provide the container for her mindful, compassionate guidance as a therapist or your “guide”. She enjoys the opportunity that process-orientated group work provides and views it as lending to a quicker transformation than traditional methods of talk therapy. In each therapeutic relationship, she is helping people integrate and transmute the blocks to their growth and potential. Linda is a Certified SOMA Breath Level 1 and SOMA Breath Advance Instructor.
See tickets for pricing. We will start at 6pm. Please arrive at 5:50pm to settle in. Bring a mat for comfort, pillow and blanket. There will be wool blankets and yoga bolsters available for your use. A suggestion is to wear comfortable clothes to move in and layers for comfort. A cold or hot water bottle with a cover is also recommended.
I agree that all issues concerning the class (e.g. if my instructor is late or does not post classes), must be addressed with my instructor and that SOMA Breath is not responsible for any such issues. I also acknowledge and agree that my participation in the SOMA Breath class is at my own risk and that, by virtue of participating, I waive any claims that I(or my family) have or may have for any accident, injury or loss resulting from, or associated with, my participation in the class.
