This is a chance to step out of the ordinary day-to-day experience of life and into a carefully guided group journey, where we turn up the dial on our inner experience through playfulness, presence and connection in a non-judgemental container.

Those who want to connect deeper to who they really are – more authentic
Anyone who wants to laugh, connect and have lots of fun
A lot of fun!

Reconnect to your inner child
Connection to deeper parts of yourself through a guided breathwork journey
A chance to express yourself verbally and non-verbally in a playful and non-judgemental environment
Insight into your embodied (subconscious) patterns
Learn somatic practices and tools for being more regulated when life is happening
Confidence to be yourself more – get better at telling your story
This experience is carefully crafted to bring us into a state of embodied presence, through playfulness, breath, movement, sound, connection and co-regulation. In this state we have more capacity to let go of our ‘armor’, gently and safely explore the edges of our comfort zone (where the magic occurs) and notice our inner experience. This is where profound growth happens!
You will be guided into a SOMA breath journey where you can tap into your higher self and the healing power of ancient wisdom through guided meditation, rhythmical breathing and amazing music.

My name is Tom and I am a coach and facilitator. I combine life and somatic coaching along with breathwork and other embodiment methods to help you uncover subconscious patterns, giving you the choice and tools to grow.
Much of what I bring comes from my own experience with an autoimmune condition which has taught me that at the root of health is finding your authenticity, which is predominantly a process of letting go of societal conditioning and limiting beliefs that are usually beyond our conscious awareness.
