Half Day Retreat – Connection & Breathwork
If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. Join us for this group experience of connecting with yourself and others. Being more in your body and less in your thinking mind.
This is a chance to step out of the ordinary day-to-day experience of life. Here you are permitted to feel whatever is alive in you in the moment – the full spectrum of emotion is welcome. This is a place to come with curiosity about what wants to be expressed in you.
To grow we need the right space and time to be introspective and pay attention to what wants to emerge, and to do this we need to slow down, step away from the day-to-day rushing and disconnect from devices to be fully present with ourselves and others.
We will move, play, breathe and engage all our senses to energise our bodies and gently remove the self-conscious ‘armour’ that we carry. Through embodied exercises such as qi gong, movement, games and meditations we will bring ourselves out of the anxious thinking mind into a more embodied state.
We will end by sitting down together to share nutritious delicious food.
You will be guided into a SOMA breath journey where you can tap into your higher self and the healing power of ancient wisdom through guided meditation, rhythmical breathing and amazing music.

My name is Tom and I am a coach and breathwork instructor. My passion is to provide opportunities for people to grow and heal by reconnecting with themselves through various mind–body practices. My own health journey has shown me that in order to live in ‘ease’ not ‘dis-ease’ we need to let go of the conditioned narrative and resistance that we carry about ourselves, as well as others. This is hard through thought alone and we must engage the mind and body for true transformation.
I agree that all issues concerning the class (e.g. if my instructor is late or does not post classes), must be addressed with my instructor and that SOMA Breath is not responsible for any such issues. I also agree that payments will go directly to my instructor, that SOMA Breath is not responsible for any payment issues or refund requests, and that all payment issues, refund requests or any other questions must be addressed with my instructor.
I understand that I must pay prior to the start of the class and must join the class promptly at the start time. I further understand that the class is live and I cannot rewind it or view it once it ends.
