What if relaxing didn’t mean silencing your mind? 

This 2-hour nervous system reset is for anyone who struggles to “switch off.” 

Guided breath, mindful movement, and immersive sound help release tension, calm your body, and support emotional integration. 

No pressure to meditate or quiet your thoughts, just a gentle unfolding into deep rest, inner stillness, and ease. 

Simply turn up, lie down, and allow your body to remember what it feels like to truly rest.

🧺 What to Bring:

Comfort is key! To fully relax into the experience, please bring:

✔ A yoga mat or camping mat to lie on

✔ Head support or pillow for extra comfort

✔ Blankets: as many as you need to feel cosy and warm

✔ An eye mask or small towel to block out light

✔ Water: for hydration

✔ Optional: Cushions, bolsters, or your even favourite weighted blanket

The aim is to create a soft, supportive space for your body so your nervous system can fully let go. Bring whatever helps you feel safe, comfortable and deeply at ease.

🌿 Why This Practice Matters:

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, burnt out, or simply craving a deeper sense of peace, this session offers you the chance to reset without needing to “quiet your mind” or “do it perfectly.”

You’ll be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, yoga nidra, and immersive sound all carefully layered to help your body remember what it feels like to truly rest.

🚗 Parking: Park at Buddha House or on the road and enter via the gate to the left of the building
