If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. Arrive at least 5 minutes early for LIVE online classes.
Refrain from big meals 90 mins beforehand and no food 45 mins before a session as it can be uncomfortable to breathe with a full stomach. Tea and water are ok.
