The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.
Benefits of Energized Meditation include:
Feeling frustrated? Angry? Enraged! Cranky Pants much? In this one hour Energized Breathwork Meditation we will energize this anger then release it from our mind, body and soul. When we release his stored up anger we allow the feel good emotions to naturally arise.
