Solstice SOMA Breath Workshop
If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. We will come together ahead of the solstice for a full workshop experience. We will connect, dance share, receive insights and breathe together ahead of the Solstice on 21st December. You will receive guidance for celebrating on the day.
The ceremony combines elements of shamanic wisdom, energy healing and SOMA Breath. This is a multisensory experience that will amplify your vibration and leave you feeling deeply connected to yourself.

This will be a ritual ceremony and some instructions will be sent ahead of the event to help you prepare.
You will learn and experience the deep healing benefits of conscious, connected breathing. This can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits like shallow breathing and over-breathing. You will also release both physical and emotional tension from the body. Harness the power of your breathing system for better health and wellbeing.
You will learn the science of how correct breathing improves both your physical and mental health.
Tim will lead you on a powerful journey with your breath that will take you away from your mind and into your body, raising your vibrations and leaving you on a natural high with a sense of calm, clarity, and blissful energy that will help you close out the year in celebration of 2021.

I also acknowledge and agree that my participation in the SOMA Breath class is at my own risk and that, by virtue of participating, I waive any claims that I(or my family) have or may have for any accident, injury or loss resulting from, or associated with, my participation in the class.
