The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.

Benefits of Energized Meditation include:

  • Improvement in CO2 tolerance and nitric oxide production.
  • Improved oxygenation of tissue cells.
  • Reduced tension.
  • Oxygen efficiency.
  • Improved cardiovascular health.
  • Better concentration and meditation.

  • Stimulates neurogenesis and ‘brain change’.

A GONG bath is…

In a gong bath, De GONG takes us on a spiritual journey of sound and takes us to the source of our most intimate self. The gong symbolizes the sound “AUM or OM” or “OHM”. “AUM” is the sound of the total resonance of the universe.

The word GONG means “Generating OHM”, thus generating this sound, the primordial sound. The beginning of everything.

HEALING POWER
The gong is an ancient and sacred instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation.
The gong produces a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the body. The physical body is flooded with sound and is stimulated from the surface of the skin to every cell.

On a physical level, the gong releases tensions and blockages in the body, stimulates improved functioning of the glandular and nervous system, prana, our vital life force, is increased and circulation is stimulated.

Educator and musician Johannes Heimrath conducted many workshops and healing sessions with the gong in the 1980s. He found that the sound of the gong was most helpful in relieving neck pain and headaches, menstrual problems and cramps in the chest and back. the upper airways.

The sound of a live gong stimulates circulation, while its wide range of frequencies stimulate nerve endings and can be helpful in repairing injuries from which nerve damage has occurred.

INJURY AND ILLNESS
An injury and illness are related to an emotional or stressful situation, the resonances of the gong then affect physical health by penetrating into these areas.
It also appears that the sound of the gong stimulates the glandular tissue system to a higher level of functioning. The pituitary gland seems to be directly influenced by the sound and this in turn gives a balancing effect on the entire glandular tissue system.

The gong also works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual body. The gong purifies and stills the mind. The sounds and resonances literally cut through the linear mind and remove the clutter from our subconscious mind, bringing you more in touch with your radiant and authentic self. The gong has the capacity to bring us to our neutral thoughts and that is the wise and non-judgmental mind. The gong helps to bring thoughts back to zero, a state of stillness where you can access your innate wisdom.

The sound of the gong works on the Alpha-Theta and maybe even the Delta brainwaves. Even when you are sleeping under the sounds, the gong has an influence.

FIRST SOUND
“The gong is the first and the last instrument for the human mind, there is only one thing that can dominate the human mind (the ego), the sound of the gong. It is the first sound in the universe, the sound made by this universe. It's the fundamental creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and a father giving birth to it. The mind has no power to resist a gong played well.”

“Silence is not the absence of sound, silence is the absence of self”

Anthony de Mello
