If you’re really serious, you will find the time to do this exercise everyday. Think of this as a daily prescription from your local pharmacist towards long term health and wealth.

Daily Dose

If time is an issue this particular time in your life, then each day do AT LEAST one of these 3 exercises (the best is still that you do the 20 mins daily dose.) Feel free to download them and keep them with you so you can do them at lunch break or whenever is easier for you.
