As you’ve made it to the advanced SOMA Instructor training, we are fairly confident that you have already been facilitating SOMA workshops and journeys. We aren’t going to assess your ability to do that!

Instead, you will be working closely with a mentor throughout the entire course. They will hold you accountable to complete the exercises and they will be right by your (virtual) side as you grow and develop your SOMA skills.

Assessments

There are 5 assessments to complete the training as well as multiple worksheets and points for reflection.

The worksheets are not assessed by anyone, but your mentor will be holding you accountable. They are there to aid your growth and help you get the most out of your experience!

Once you pass the final online assessment and your mentor is confident in your skills as an Advanced Instructor, that’s it!

You will have all of the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to facilitate all kinds of SOMA Breath sessions and transformational experiences safely and successfully!
