SOMA Breath Sunday Awakening Journey – East London, UK.
If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. Breathe your way, to the most amazing day! Join us on this third Sunday of May for our longer SOMA Breath Awakening Journey in East London. Using SOMA Breath's legendary beats to guide our journey, nothing compares to the sound quality and group energy built with our in person sessions. Participants are in for a real treat.
After the breathwork we encourage you to make your own way over to the beautiful Victoria Park, which is less than 100 meters away. After breathwork, everything seems more vibrant and beautiful, and you feel full of more positivity, gratitude and connectedness. Go get in nature! There's a reason why Victoria Park wins so many awards every year as one of the UK's / London's best parks.
And if you really want to make a day of it, Victoria Park Market runs from 10am to 4pm, with more than 20 gourmet food and drinks vendors. Quality there is supreme!
Entrance to the studio is from 12:20pm for a 12:30pm start, at Chisenhale Dance Studio, reached via the side streets of Grove Road or Roman Road near St Barnabas Church. It's a 10 min walk from with Bethnal Green or Mile End tube stations, or a 3 minute walk from St Barnabas Church stop on the buses: No. 8, 339, 425, 277.
I agree that all issues concerning the class (e.g. if my instructor is late or does not post classes), must be addressed with my instructor and that SOMA Breath is not responsible for any such issues. I also acknowledge and agree that my participation in the SOMA Breath class is at my own risk and that, by virtue of participating, I waive any claims that I(or my family) have or may have for any accident, injury or loss resulting from, or associated with, my participation in the class.
