A Day of Breath: A Guide To Embodying Your Empowered Self
The SOMA Breath Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.
Energized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.

What most people don't realize is that your first center energy is very much connected to all areas of your life. That is where we hold on to and carry the very dense emotions that block us from the flow of life. That life force energy cannot move through you if these lower energy centers are blocked. In the same means, if you are always focused on the upper chakras, you can struggle with not being able to be in your body to embody who you were truly meant to be. By unlocking and moving this energy, you are unlocking your access to not only pleasure in all forms, but abundance, confidence, worthiness, and self trust. Ultimately, a life of passion and purpose. An embodiment of your Empowered Self.
In this one day workshop, you will learn exactly what dense energies you have been holding onto in your first center, why you don't feel safe to let go, what it takes to balance all the chakras, releasing and letting the old self "die", gain clarity on the empowered person that you want to show up as, and a guide to implement the changes into your every day life.
I will show you how breathwork is the key to opening your energy centers to release years of trauma that have been stored there. We will go through two, very intense breathwork meditations to let go of the old and bring in the new.
We will go deep!!!
In the last couple years of my own personal journey of discovering the power of breathwork and embodying the energy, I have had so many people reach out to me asking the same questions I had previously asked myself. They were sharing with me that they can go really far "out" in meditation, but can't seem to make changes in their lives, or that they are afraid of losing control, or that they feel like their first center chakra is blocked and they aren't able to move any energy. Because I had gone through this myself, I knew I had to share my wisdom with so many that are struggling with these very same issues.
What I came to realize and what you will come to realize in this one day workshop may surprise you….
This workshop is for you if you have experience in any kind of breathwork and/or meditation, you are fully committed and ready to release shame, blockages, lack, unworthiness, and any other energetic bond to what no longer serves you, or you are frustrated with your meditation practice and not moving energy.
This workshop is NOT for you if you are brand new to meditation or breathwork. This is more of an advanced workshop and I won't be spending much time on the basics.
We have created a very loving and safe space for every person to go all in, if they are ready.
You will walk away from this workshop with 2 breathwork meditations you can practice on your own, your own personal guide to follow every day to keep your energy flowing, a link to watch the recording for 30 days after the event, and a new found sense of awareness for the REAL issues that have been holding you back.
I agree that all issues concerning the class (e.g. if my instructor is late or does not post classes), must be addressed with my instructor and that SOMA Breath is not responsible for any such issues.
