The SOMA Breath Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.
Energized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. This Soma breathwork ceremony is specifically created for those that have experience with breathwork and know the basic techniques and are ready to skip the introduction! For these intermediate ceremonies, there will not be a lot of time spent on the explanation of breathwork, as these are meant to dive straight into the powerful experience!
Each breathwork meditation will be uniquely created to take you on a deep inner journey, going further than you have ever gone before into the depths of your mind and body. There will be lots of movement incorporated into the breathwork and every opportunity to experience powerful releases and ascension of energy while being in the energy of a group of people.
Whatever it may be that you are wanting to experience in your life right now….maybe it's a powerful release of stored trauma, a new career, a life partner, all the money in the world, more freedom, moving out of your stuckness….whatever it is, this powerful ceremony will help you get there!!
You will walk away feeling lighter, exhilarated and energized in your body, mind, and soul. Your frequency will be extremely high and you will get to take that energy into your life to allow yourself to step even further into the most authentic you!!!
We will start with a short intro into the intention of the breathwork meditation and where I will be taking you, a few minutes for anyone to share what their individual intention is, followed by the actual breathwork ceremony.
The meditation will typically be around 50 minutes and to experience the maximum results of this powerful ceremony, I recommend doing the entire breathwork meditation with absolutely no distractions. Come with a willingness to go all in and feeling comfortable enough in your physical environment to do so.
Following the ceremony, I will leave time for another short sharing opportunity for those that want to talk about their experience and ask any questions that may have come up in the process.
You will also get access to the exclusive breathwork meditation used during the ceremony via email that you can then download to your device.
**Some things to note: To get the maximum benefits, please make sure you are in a comfortable location for the entire ceremony and have no distractions for the entirety of the session. This is really important to allow yourself to go all in!! If you have eyeshades, bring them as well as ear phones or ear buds. The music will sound better with ear phones as opposed to just listening through your phone or computer. It is also recommended that you come on an empty stomach. That means, try and at least not have had any food for two hours before hand. Also make sure you bring a pen and paper so you are able to write down your intention. You will get emailed the zoom link the morning of the ceremony. I do not send out the recordings of these sessions. They are only for the live group settings!
