Depth – 4:8, 4:8

This track is a bit ghostly. Almost eary. It has an elemenet of space in it so it is great for taking people into deep states of relaxation. The first round is very relaxing and the second round has an airy beat to it.

In this section you will find a different Daily Dose which follows the same structure as the original one, however the breathing pattern is on 4:8 for the firs 11 mins before the first breath retention. The second round also has 4:8 breathing.

NOTE*** Since the second round is also on 4:8 it's actually a bit more advanced. This will be good for you as an instructor and experienced practitioners, however it might be confusing for people who are doing this for the first time.
