Btw: A Tone, is just one note. Basically make like a “aaaahhh” for as long as you can.
No need to force it. Just let it out on its own. Here’s an example:

NOTE*** If you can manage to do about 8 seconds then you’re already doing quite well.
Again, the longer you can tone the better. Over time you’ll notice improvements.

Aside from yogis, athletes, singers and maybe saxophone players, no one really wonders how to breathe. No one teaches us. Now we know that proper breathing can lower stress (can even make it disappear) and help heal depression, anxiety, and many other problems.
Once you understand how to breathe properly you will instantly feel the changes in your emotions and how you feel. This is a sure way to feel really nice and relaxed right now. And if you already have a good handle on your emotions, then the following video and exercise will take you even further.
