NOTE*** You will be instructed to Breathe in Beats. 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out. Once the beat kicks in, you can look at the video for visual guidance, or you can close your eyes and simply enjoy the exercise. Do at least 3 mins of it.
ALSO*** Feel free to do this exercises many times if you want. If you start feeling tired and find yourself yawning, that means you need to rest so listen to your body and maybe take a nap. Do this again when you’re awake.
