Intention + High Energy = Manifestation That Works

The purpose of this phase is to build a higher energetic and vibrational state and to build the energy around their intention.

During the Supercharge phase there is guidance from you, elevating the L.O.V.E., rhythmic breathing, and pelvic floor contractions. All of these combined will charge up your body’s energy and the energy of your intention.

  • Charge
    Breath in beats with pelvic floor contractions.
    Raise L.O.V.E. (with script).
  • Program
    Outbreath retention (Nisshesha Rechaka Kumbhaka) and engage throat lock (Jalandhara).
    Embed intention success to subconscious.

Raise The L.O.V.E.!

We mentioned the importance of starting to bring in the feeling of gratitude to raise your L.O.V.E. in the Intention Phase above. Manifestations and intentions really need a high energy to be able to come to fruition! Raising the L.O.V.E. gets rid of self-doubt and creates a feeling of confidence and a can-do attitude. That is what makes your intention or manifestation successful.

You will help participants to create a memorable imagined experience that embeds a strong imprint in their subconscious. You will also build their confidence up to the point that they firmly believe they have all the resources they need to do what they want to do. This becomes a subconscious anchor to motivate them to take the right action.

Breathing in beats elevates your emotional and vibrational energy. Through a higher vibration and emotional quality, negative emotions can be released and cleansed from the body, making you feel lighter, free, and more capable. Participants may have breakthroughs during your SOMA Breath workshops. What’s more, the ability to attract and manifest your intentions is increased when you let go of the negative and cultivate higher vibrational states.


How to Raise The L.O.V.E.

We have a few techniques that are readily available to help you and your participants get into a very good mood quite quickly. You are already familiar with them, since they are a part of SOMA. The following sections will discuss them in more detail. Those techniques are:

  • Breathing In Beats
  • Harnessing Sexual Energy
  • Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT)
