– Sexual Energy

Pelvic floor squeeze (Mula Bhanda).

By now you should be familiar with the harnessing and transmutation of sexual energy. It works by gently squeezing the pelvic floor muscles on the inhales and fully relaxing on the exhales.

Contracting the pelvic floor muscles on the in-breath acts like a pump, activating the root chakra (Muladhara) and the sexual energy from the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) throughout the rhythmic breathing process.

The gradual progression of the experience, through repetition of the “squeese” during the sequence, can create a strong gamma wave stimulation and heightened ecstatic states of consciousness.

In other words, while Breathing in Beats, stimulating a state of Heart Coherence, we are adding the soft stimulation of Life Force Energy, or Sexual Energy. During the session, this electric, pleasing energy will accumulate.

Learning to “awaken” and to “accumulate” this force is a key element in SOMA as it’s a very powerful force on its own. When mixed with everything else, it can take the energy of the practitioner to really high levels of ecstasy and bliss.

This will not only increase quality of life, but it helps with the empowerment of the intention, further helping the manifestation become real.

Powerful emotional releases can occur and negative imprints from the past can be cleared. There will be room for ‘Divine downloads’ or moments of deep insight and inspirations.

SOMA, as you know by now, is a life changing sequence.

So after Breathing in Beats for at least 3 minutes, while ‘squeezing’ the pelvic floor on every inhale, and releasing on every exhale, we are ready for the next level: Intermittent Hypoxic Training.
