SUPERCHARGE PHASE – Rhythm & L.O.V.E. Copy

The Supercharge Phase should build with intensity over the four rounds.

Build L.O.V.E

The purpose of this phase is to generate and build a higher energetic/vibrational state with their intention in mind. To build their Level Of Vibrational Energy (L.O.V.E).

It’s just not going to work to manifest a desired outcome when your energy is low, you have self-doubt and lack confidence. Remember we mentioned previously how we want to create a memorable imagined experience that embeds a strong imprint. We want to increase levels of serotonin and dopamine by prompting the feelings of love, joyfulness, gratitude, etc for embodying their manifestation. We want to build their confidence up to the point that they firmly believe they have all the resources they need to do this. This will become a subconscious anchor to motivate them moving forward.

Remember: Emotion = Energy in motion

Script from the first round of the Awakening meditation SUPERCHARGE phase:

In the script below you will see there are few points to notice. We know now that the in-breath increases heart rate, activates the sympathetic nervous system and energizes, while the out breath slows the heart rate, activates the parasympathetic nervous system and relaxes. This is why you see “letting go of any tension of the exhale”. and for the inhale “Breathing in this vital prana, life force energy”.

We also want them to increase their vibrational state by using sentences like “Breathing in gratitude, breathing out love”.

And finally at the end, the visualisation of this ‘charge of energy’ about to be released.

Script:
“Smooth on the inhale and smooth on exhale keeping consistent with every breath

Feeling the energy building up inside with every breath you take

Creating a super-charge from deep within

You may feel tingly sensations building up inside a charge running through your body, stimulating your own creative potential from deep within

That’s right

Breath in

Keep connecting with a smooth consistent rhythm

Breathing in gratitude

Breathing out love

That’s right

Breathing in this vital prana, life force energy

Breathing out your intention, gratitude, to love

Letting go of any tension on your exhale

Breathing in with no force on your inhale

Letting go of any stress or tension that may remain

Building up that energy

That life force deep within

Like an electric charge building up and up

Now, fully in…”

Other sentences you can use:
“Feeling more bliss building up inside with every inhale”

Every sound you make on the exhale, more and more bliss, waves of good feelings washing over you”

“feeling more and more charged with ecstasy, bliss, good, good sensations, good vibrations“

SUPERCHARGE PHASE Breathwork

Rhythmic breathing

In the first round of rhythmic breathing you can do either the 2:4 relax breath or the 4:4 breath.
The following rounds will all be 4:4 breath. What you can also do on the last round is pick the pace up a bit and go to a 2:2 breath after a minute or so

The rhythmical breathing phase hyper-oxygenates the body, bringing in more oxygen and blowing out more carbon dioxide than normal. This alters the pH of the blood stream and creates a stronger electromagnetic field and current to flow through the body. The effect of this is an elevation of your vibrational and emotional energy.

Through a higher vibration and emotional quality, negative emotions can be released and cleansed from the body, and the ability to attract and manifest your intentions is increased.

Your quality of thought is also linked to breath. Erratic breathing leads to erratic thinking. Smooth consistent breathing leads to coherent thought – this has been shown by studies from Heart Math Institute.

This type of ‘diaphragmatic’ breathing also moves the largest lymph gland in the body, creating a powerful cleansing effect.

Pelvic floor contraction

Contracting the pelvic floor muscles on the in-breath acts like a pump activating the root chakra (Muladhara) and the sexual energy from the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) throughout the rhythmic breathing process. The gradual progression of the experience through repetition of the routine over a 1hr duration creates a strong gamma wave stimulation and heightened ecstatic states of consciousness. Powerful emotional releases can occur, negative imprints from the past can be cleared, and what we call ‘divine downloads’ that are moments of deep insight and moments of inspirations makes this experience truly unforgettable.
