Supplementary Exercises – Shaking Release


The following exercises can be great to use as part of your SOMA workshop:

Niraj first discovered shaking after Shashi Solluna taught him the Ratu Bagus shaking system from his famous shaking ashram in Bali where Shashi lived for several months before becoming an instructor.

People would shake their bodies in a special way to release negative tension from the body and to model what animals do to relieve stress.

After shaking in this way for just 20 – 30 minutes you will feel a massive sense of relief from tension, especially if you recently had a stressful event or conflict.

You will also stimulate your kundalini energy and make it circulate all over your body allowing you to harness the power of your sexual energy and transmute it for the purpose to heal and nourish your body.
