In the film “Heal” on Netflix, they interviewed many famous experts and professionals and gave countless testimonials of people who healed from medical conditions believed to have no possible cure.
Many even came out in full health from health challenges where doctors simply assumed the person was just going to die.
The point of the whole movie is that to Heal, we need to activate our Parasympathetic Nervous System. Plain and simple. However, in the movie they don’t tell you how to do it. They just casually mention meditation and other elements.
