How to REALLY Manifest (4 mins) Exercise – (5 mins) What Do You Truly Want? Think about something you would like to bring into your life. Whatever it is, make sure it’s something that will improve your life, aid your personal growth, and make you feel amazing. Make an image in your head as vivid and detailed as possible, using all of your senses. If you are visual, make a mental movie. If you are more kinesthetic, feel it in your body. Imagine the smell, sounds, maybe even the taste. This will become easier over time. Simply do your best to imagine yourself feeling how you want to feel. This week you will be introduced to the basics of breath work. Each day you will elaborate on a new topic and technique. By the end of the week you will put all of the elements together into one easy sequence that you can then continue on a daily basis. This little sequence will change your life. Watch This Video (4 mins) How to activate this power – Meditation/Exercise (3 mins) Gently squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. They include the genitals, the anus and the area in between. These are the muscles that you use to hold in your urine. It’s the floor of your body. At first it can be a bit strange to engage those muscles. Just do your best. What matters here, is the feeling in your body after every squeeze. NOTE*** It’s important that when you squeeze the pelvic floor muscles (or whatever you can) that the rest of your body is fully relaxed. This includes the abs, the legs, and every muscle. While you wait for the 21 Day Awakening Journey to kick in, you can find the video tutorial on “How to do the SOMA Breathwork Routine”. Please make sure you understand all of the instructions for the technique. This way you will really master the technique and all of the elements for it and will already start enjoying the benefits of this practice. NOTE: If you find that you can’t hold your breath for as long as the guys in the video, it’s ok!. With time and practice this will get easier and that will also mean that your whole body is getting stronger. You can also start reading the e-book “Your Breath Shall Set You Free”. This amazing document goes deep into the science, psychology and background information of everything that you’re going to experience in these 21 Days.
